Clean hotel with perfectly clean rooms. Amazingly nice staff. - Lots of fresh bread, cereal, and muffins at breakfast. - Perfect position in a very nice area, next to great restaurants and Bishop's Castle.

This hotel is fine as a hotel for transit -- reasonable price and comfortable. We have stayed here three separate times. Each time the room was comfortable and clean. Although the cosmetics may need some updating the place is a good value. Conveniently located immediately beside the highway so you don't waste time hunting for lodging; did not hear traffic noise. Chinese restaurant (open until 9:00 pm) was a pleasant change from fast food while traveling; reasonably priced with ample portions. Motel had a small work-out facility. Breakfast was fine, but you need to allow yourself enough time to eat as one of the staff was VERY eager to shut the breakfast down -- in fact she started unplugging things a few minutes in advance -- so don't wait until the last minute for breakfast.

The atmosphere created was family. The room was beautiful, and newly renovated.

I recently stayed at Days Inn in Colorado City for a week while visiting family. The hotel had fantastic staff who were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at home. The room was clean, spacious and had a nice and firm bed. The breakfast offered little cheese omelets and had beautiful views from the breakfast room. I appreciated the fridge in the room and the gluten-free options. The front desk staff, especially Amy, were amazing and the overall experience was great.

The location was perfect for our city break, right off the highway. We also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's breakfast, which had a good variety and tasty options. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects of our experience. the cleanliness of the property was not up to par.
